Stripe requires verification documents before payments can be released. This typically includes:
- a bank statement or official bank document showing the charity’s account name, sort code and account number
- a document confirming the charity’s registration details and address
Your Stripe setup progress is saved automatically, so you can return and upload documents later if needed.
