There is no limit on how often you can claim Gift Aid. Charities can submit Gift Aid claims to HMRC as frequently as they choose, provided the donations are eligible and have not already been claimed.
Before claiming Gift Aid, your charity or CASC must:
be recognised by HMRC for tax purposes
be registered for Charities Online
have a Government Gateway account
Once registered, you can submit your Gift Aid claim to HMRC using the schedule spreadsheet generated from your Give as you Live admin account.
