You can select to be an Administrator for several charities. Simply register for each one in turn.
If you enter a different email address when you register, you will be set up with a different administration login for each charity you look after.
If you enter the same address for each charity, you will be able to log in to the Administration system using the one email address and use the switch charity option within the Administration system to switch between charities.
