If you would like to close your account with us, we will let you know if funds are due to your charity. If your charity bank account is still open, we will ensure the remaining funds are paid.
If funds are still due and no bank account is available, we can:
- Keep the account open until payment details are provided, or
- Donate the funds to another registered charity on our scheme or our Grant for Good scheme: https://donate.giveasyoulive.com/pages/grant-for-good
We’ll always confirm your preference before taking action.
Please note: Give as you Live Online funds may still be pending retailer approval and can take several months to be received.
