Contact:
Contacts will be listed on this page, but they do not have access to your charity account.
Adding a contact without admin access may be useful if you'd like them to receive certain emails from us. Contacts can also view your Marketing Toolkit, as you do not need to be logged in to view it.
Admin:
An admin is able to manage all aspects of your charity's account, including editing details, viewing reports and payments, and updating financial information.
A charity may have multiple admins - each will have their own login details, so you don't need to share passwords.
Admin (Pending):
If an admin is pending, they have been added and will have been sent an email with instructions on how to create their account. However, they have not actioned this email.
If they have not received the email, please get them to check their junk/spam folder - you can also contact us for help.
Primary
If you have multiple admins, selecting one as the primary contact will tell us who to prioritise contacting.
