Yes, there are fees for using the Ticketing service:
- 2.5% processing fee
- 2.5% payout fee
This means there is a 5% total fee on all ticket sales.
By default, your charity absorbs these fees. However, you have the option to pass the fees on to ticket purchasers instead.
How to change who pays the fees
After you've created your event, you can choose who covers the fees by:
- Go admin.giveasyoulive.com/charity/ticketing,
- Select 'edit event'
- Under 'Advanced options' and you will see:
